Assistant Lease Administrator - Front Desk


J&M Realty Services Corp. is looking for an Assistant Lease Administrator- Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.

This is an entry level position in which the applicant will support the lease administor throughout the leasing cycle as well as manage basic reception responsibilities.

  • Scan leases/documents into Rent Manager and attaches to tenant record as well as building files

  • Deposits rent and applies to tenant account

  • Supports responses to tenant inquiries regarding their accounts

  • Supports repairs and maintenance dispatching

  • Keeps informed and maintains files of all new NYDHCR updates in policies

  • Posts security deposit information to tenant account - refunds as directed

  • Assists with written, phone and in-person communication with residents/applicants

  • Assists with abstracting of lease documents

  • Other duties as assigned by manager

Basic Requirements

  • Ability to perform job duties with supervision

  • Ability to work to deadlines and multi-task in a client focused environment

  • Ability to work with multiple managers and assignments

  • Spanish Speaking

  • Two year Associates Degree or equivalent work experience.

  • 2-3 years experience in the accounting field

  • Experience in working Rent Manager but not required

  • Working knowledge of MS Office and the Internet

Salary: Commensurate with experience
