J&M Realty Certified Property Managers are dedicated to assuring that all our buildings stay in great condition.? In order to maintain all properties in good standing, our CPM's are out on the field on a daily basis overseeing its building staff and monitoring that all buildings needs are met.?
Services provided by our team are, but not limited to:?

  • Coordinating & supervising of repairs to prepare property or unit for the market.
  • Handle tenant complaints in a timely manner and offer 24/7 emergency call service.
  • Filing of all City and State documentation, Tax Abatements, and accreditations.
  • Clear all building violations.
  • Advertise and show available units.
    • Full Screening of Prospect Tenants including:
    • Credit Check
    • Criminal Check
    • Rental History Check
    • Employment Check
    • Business History Check
  • Collect Security Deposits, Pet Fees (If Applicable), & First Month's Rent.
  • Collection of Rents.
    • Handle late payment and/or non-payment and arrange for eviction if necessary.
  • Move-Out Inspection of unit prior to releasing Security Deposit.
  • Move-In Inspection of unit prior to Tenant taking possession.
  • Provide monthly Income and Expense reports for each property.
  • Daily to weekly inspections of property to assure building maintenance.
