Full Screening of Prospect Tenants including:
Rental History Check
Business History Check
Collect Security Deposits, Pet Fees (If Applicable), & First Month's Rent.
Collection of Rents.
Handle late payment and/or non-payment and arrange for eviction if necessary.
Move-Out Inspection of unit prior to releasing Security Deposit.
Move-In Inspection of unit prior to Tenant taking possession.
Provide monthly Income and Expense reports for each property.
Daily to weekly inspections of property to assure building maintenance.
